IMovie Turtorial: How to Export Audio Clip thats separated in I-Movie easy and Fast

For dirty and quick Movie Cuts and slides i use IMovie!
Yesterday i hat the Problem that i wanted to edit a splited audio files with an external Programm.
You can copy the Audio, but i don't now where to paste - in Adobe not - in a Folder in the Finder also no success.
So I found out this awesome solution to export a splited audio part in I-Movie
